For Customization Availability is why this is Better. (Note: I will enclose an extra copy of the first and second floor plans to make this easier.) -The plumbing will be done with a Plumbing Contactor, your General Contractor, or the Owner who will also assist in the Plumbing Permit Application process. (Note: I will enclose an extra copy of the first and second floor plans to make this easier.) -The HVAC or mechanical part will be done with an HVAC Contractor, your General Contractor, or the Owner who will assist in the Mechanical Permit Application. (Note: I will enclose an extra copy of the first and second floor plans to make this easier.) -Engineers must Provide Details and Notes for everything requiring an Engineer such as: Sheer Wall Nailing, Tie Downs, Uncommon Foundation Details, and the Beam Calculations. These Need to be Drawn after the lot is Certain: -Site Plans (x4) These can be added at $50 per hour or outsourced. An example will be below (coming soon). -Location, type of fuel and efficiency rating of all heating and/or air conditioning systems. -The Elevation should show the true site Conditions (Topography of lot).
